- Do not exercise if you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing. Stay home and rest, seek medical attention and call in advance. Follow the directions of your local health authority.
- If you are able to go for a walk or bicycle ride always practice physical distancing and wash your hands with water and soap before you leave, when you get to where you are going, and as soon as you get home. If water and soap are not immediately available, use alcohol-based hand rub.
- If you go to a park or public open space to walk, run or exercise always practice physical distancing and wash your hands with water and soap, before you leave, when you get to where you are going, and as soon as you get home. If water and soap are not immediately available, use alcohol-based hand rub. Follow the directions of your local health authority in regards to any restrictions on the number of people with you and/or restrictions on the use of public outdoor play or exercise equipment.
- If you are not regularly active start slowly and with low intensity activities, like walking and low impact exercises. Start with shorter amounts, like 5-10 minutes, and gradually build up to 30 minutes or more continuously over a few weeks. It is better and safer to be active for short periods more frequently than to try and be active for long periods when you are not used to it.
- Choose the right activity so that you reduce the risk of injury and that you enjoy the activity. Choose the right intensity according to your health status and fitness level. You should be able to breath comfortably and hold a conversation while you do light- and moderate-intensity physical activity.
Having read this waiver, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, including heirs and assigns, waive and relieve LIFECYKUL, Event sponsors, cooperating organizations, and any other parties connected with LIFECYKUL events in any way together with their respective successors and assigns from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in the Event, even though such claim or liability may arise out of the negligence or carelessness on the part of any person or entity named in this waiver.
I will follow all event rules, traffic rules, and any other rules governing the event and its participants at all times. If I do not follow the afore mentioned rules, I understand that I may be removed from the event. I consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury or illness during the event. I am not entitled to any reimbursement of any expenses of any nature as a result there of.
I give my permission to LIFECYKUL, its associates, and the Rides to use my name, my phone numbers, my Email ID's and any photographs/video graphs of me that are made available during the course of this Ride for whatever purposes they may deem necessary.
I am aware of the risks associated with the event and I take complete responsibility of any danger if occurred during the course on myself. The dangers including but not limited to:
Manmade or natural jumps
Collision with pedestrians, other riders, vehicles, fixed or moving objects
Surface hazards including pot holes, faulty equipment or any other material provided by the organizers
I accept responsibility for the condition and adequacy for my equipment or any other equipment provided to me by the organizers for my use.
I accept responsibility for returning the equipment provided to me by the organizers in acceptable condition and I understand that failing to do so may attract penalties from the organizers.
I have no physical or medical condition which would endanger me or others if I participate in the event.
I understand that if I register, I am agreeing to pay the applicable sums and fees for the breakage. Failure to pay any applicable amounts and charges may result in enforcement actions, penalties, and may prohibit any participation now or in the future at the discretion of LIFECYKUL.

At LIFECYKUL, we value your trust & respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy provides you with details about the manner in which your data is collected, stored & used by us. You are advised to read this Privacy Policy carefully. By visiting LIFECYKUL website/WAP site/applications you expressly give us consent to use & disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of the policy, please do not use or access LIFECYKUL website, WAP site or mobile applications. Note: Our privacy policy may change at any time without prior notification. To make sure that you are aware of any changes, kindly review the policy periodically. This Privacy Policy shall apply uniformly to LIFECYKUL desktop website.
We will not sell, share or rent your personal information to any 3rd party or use your email address/mobile number for unsolicited emails and/or SMS. Any emails and/or SMS sent by LIFECYKUL will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services & products and this Privacy Policy. Periodically, we may reveal general statistical information about Paytm. We reserve the right to communicate your personal information to any third party that makes a legally-compliant request for its disclosure.
Personal Information means and includes all information that can be linked to a specific individual or to identify any individual, such as name, address, mailing address, telephone number, email ID, credit card number, cardholder name, card expiration date, information about your mobile phone and any details that may have been voluntarily provide by the user in connection with availing any of the services on LIFECYKUL.
We use personal information to provide you with services & products you explicitly requested for, to resolve disputes, troubleshoot concerns, help promote safe services, collect money, measure consumer interest in our services, inform you about rides, products, services, updates, customize your experience, detect & protect us against error, fraud and other criminal activity, enforce our terms and conditions, etc.
All sales or Registrations are final with no refund or exchange permitted. LIFECYKUL is not responsible for any purchase of Registration or product for an incorrect payment details. However, if in a transaction performed by you on the Site, money has been charged to your card or bank account and a service is not delivered within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction then you may inform us by sending an email to our customer services email address mentioned on the Contact Us page. Please include in the email the following details - the mobile number, Transaction date and Order Number. LIFECYKUL shall investigate the incident and if it is found that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account without delivery of the service then you will be refunded the money within 21 working days from the date of receipt of your email. All Refunds will be credited to your Semi Closed Wallet.
LIFECYKUL will not accept any Cancellations for the Registration services.
In no event will LIFECYKUL or its contractors, agents, licensors, partners, suppliers be liable to you for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, reliance, or exemplary damages (including without limitation lost business opportunities, lost revenues, or loss of anticipated profits or any other pecuniary or non-pecuniary loss or damage of any nature whatsoever) arising out of or relating to (i) this agreement, (ii) the services, the site or any reference site, or (iii) your use or inability to use the services, the site (including any and all materials) or any reference sites, even if LIFECYKUL or a LIFECYKUL authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will LIFECYKUL or any of its contractors, directors, employees, agents, third party partners, licensors or suppliers total liability to you for all damages, liabilities, losses, and causes of action arising out of or relating to (i) this Agreement, (ii) the Services, (iii) your use or inability to use the Services or the Site (including any and all Materials) or any Reference Sites, or (iv) any other interactions with LIFECYKUL, however caused and whether arising in contract, tort including negligence, warranty or otherwise, exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using the portion of the Services or the Site giving rise to the cause of action or One Thousand Rupees (Rs.1000), whichever is less. You acknowledge and agree that LIFECYKUL has offered its products and services, set its prices, and entered into this agreement in reliance upon the warranty disclaimers and the limitations of liability set forth herein, that the warranty disclaimers and the limitations of liability set forth herein reflect a reasonable and fair allocation of risk between you and LIFECYKUL, and that the warranty disclaimers and the limitations of liability set forth herein form an essential basis of the bargain between you and V. LIFECYKUL would not be able to provide the services to you on an economically reasonable basis without these limitations. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. In such cases, LIFECYKUL's liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. This paragraph shall survive termination of this Agreement.
You agree to indemnify, save, and hold LIFECYKUL, its affiliates, contractors, employees, officers, directors, agents and its third party suppliers, licensors, and partners harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, and liabilities, costs and expenses, including without limitation legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the Services or of the Site, any violation by you of this Agreement, or any breach of the representations, warranties, and covenants made by you herein. LIFECYKUL reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are to indemnify LIFECYKUL, including rights to settle, and you agree to cooperate with LIFECYKUL'S defense and settlement of these claims. LIFECYKUL will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any claim, action, or proceeding brought by a third party that is subject to the foregoing indemnification upon becoming aware of it. This paragraph shall survive termination of this Agreement.
The Services and the Site are owned and operated by LIFECYKUL and/or third party licensors. The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, computer code (including source code and object code), products, software, services, and all other elements of the Services and the Site provided by LIFECYKUL (the Materials) are protected by Indian copyright, trade dress, patent, and trademark laws, international conventions, and all other relevant intellectual property and proprietary rights, and applicable laws. As between you and LIFECYKUL, all Materials, trademarks, service marks, and trade names contained on the Site are the property of LIFECYKUL and/or third party licensors or suppliers. You agree not to remove, obscure, or alter LIFECYKUL or any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices affixed to or contained within or accessed in conjunction with or through the Services. Except as expressly authorized by LIFECYKUL, you agree not to sell, license, distribute, copy, modify, publicly perform or display, transmit, publish, edit, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise make unauthorized use of the Materials. LIFECYKUL reserves all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement. If you have comments regarding the Services and the Site or ideas on how to improve it, please contact customer service. Please note that by doing so, you hereby irrevocably assign to LIFECYKUL, and shall assign to LIFECYKUL, all right, title and interest in and to all ideas and suggestions and any and all worldwide intellectual property rights associated therewith. You agree to perform such acts and execute such documents as may be reasonably necessary to perfect the foregoing rights.
LIFECYKUL reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Agreement at any time by posting notification to the Site or otherwise communicating the notification to you. The changes will become effective, and shall be deemed accepted by you, 24 hours after the initial posting and shall apply immediately on a going-forward basis with respect to payment transactions initiated after the posting date. If you do not agree with any such modification, your sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate your use of the Services. For certain changes, LIFECYKUL may be under applicable law to give you advance notice, and LIFECYKUL will comply with such requirements.
