LifeCykul Running League

LifeCykul brings you a novel approach to make your daily fitness activities fun, exciting, and rewarding. If you love Running for fitness, then set yourself a series of goals to progress in this RUNNING LEAGUE and be a winner at every stage. Merely running as per your daily routine may not give you any ongoing health advantage – in order to derive full advantage for the time and effort you put in running, you need structured plans that provide useful variations, stretch goals for distance & speed, competitive time-frames, etc.

This league is designed to automatically take you through these journeys – starting from easiest to the toughest – and continuously pushing you ever so gently to get to the next level of performance. All levels involve an interesting mix of:

  1. A fixed limit of 30 days to finish each level requirements.
  2. A total distance target for the level
  3. Qualifier limits of time/distance for each activity to ensure that every activity is a useful exercise.
  4. Power Run & Speed Run to push you towards the next level Please see the illustrations below to get full list of qualifying criteria for each level.

You can watch your progress and ranking on the leader board. The dashboard will clearly indicate your compliance with each requirement and as soon as you complete all the requirements for the level, you will receive e-Certificate for the level completed and also eligibility key for the next higher level. We hope you will finish all levels and be a STAR of the LEAGUE!
